How Quickly Will I See Results?

After a Facelift procedure, you may feel sore and tender around the treated area which may last up to a few days. Most patients can continue with their daily activities after a non surgical facelift procedure

Once the formula is injected, it immediately begins will change your appearance. So in just 30 minutes after just one visit the results of the treatment are clear.

The full results are able to be seen 3 to 4 months after non surgical facelift procedures.

We advise waiting up to a week to see the significant results of the treatment. The first few days may include some bruising or minor swelling. 

How Long Does a Non-Surgical Face Lift Last?

As a facelift can involve structural changes to the tissue underneath the skin on the face, the effect of a facelift an last for a few years.

However, the effects can dependant on both the individual and the treatments undertaken.  Other variable factors, include age, skin type, lifestyle, and muscle activity. 

If you are dissatisfied with the benefits of a single injection, occasionally, a touch-up injection may be needed within one month after your first session.

Under Eye Treatment Process

Preparation for Treatment

  • Advise the doctor if you are taking Aspirin, Anti-inflammatory or Blood-thinning medications, regardless of whether you are expecting to have treatment,
  • Have a known allergy to lidocaine
  • Have an active infection at site of injection

Day of Your Treatment 

  • Do not consume large amounts of alcohol - 24 hours prior to treatment,
  • Avoid vigorous physical activity or exercise for 24 hours,
  • Do not have facial treatments, rubs or massages the treatment area.

During Your Treatment

Under Eye Fillers Therapy can take only 20 minutes. It is a simple procedure and involves: 
  • Take your photo,
  • Cleanse the area to be treated,
  • The Under Eye gel is administered with a fine needle into the target area.
  • Finally the area is gently massaged to further smooth out the area
As minor bruising and/or swelling in the treated area is not uncommon you may plan not to return to work immediately. 

After Your Treatment

We give you advice to help protect and maintain the under eye area but recommend you:
  • Apply ice frequently (5-10 minutes every half hour) for up to 6 hours
  • Use paracetamol if pain relief required
  • Apply mineral makeup 
  • Avoid sun and workouts for 24 hours
  • Arnica pilules or Hirudoid cream can reduce bruising.
  • Sleep with your head slightly elevated and avoid pressure on the area.

  • What is Injected?

    Under Eye Filler injections are made from a specialised formula derived from a purified protein to safely target overactive muscles.

  • Does It Hurt?

    Everyone experiences pain differently and has different pain thresholds. 


    As the under-eye area is rather delicate, it is important to know that you might experience some light pain during the procedure. 


    Most people compare the sensation to a quick prick or a slight pinching feeling, but it only lasts for a few seconds.


    Injection treatments require no anaesthetic, however, a numbing cream or a topical anaesthetic can be used to alleviate discomfort.


    If we apply a topical anaesthesia under the eyes 15 minutes before your treatment, the tear trough filler injections are virtually painless. 


    The fillers themselves also contain an anaesthetic to make the treatment more comfortable.

  • What if I Am Pregnant?

    It is not recommended to receive injectable treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding, as the risks are uncertain due to the lack of information available about the effect on the fetus or baby.

  • How Much Will I Need?

  • Can I Bring My Child?

    Whilst we all love children, in the interest of health and safety, children cannot accompany patients in the treatment rooms or be supervised by staff.

  • Possible Risks or Side Effects?

    After the procedure, you may experience slight bruising, swelling, or redness for up to a week. 


    We don’t puncture blood vessels and this helps avoid bruising. It also diminishes the likelihood of certain risks, like vascular occlusion (blockage of a blood vessel), which is a serious complication that can occur when fillers are improperly injected.


    Bruises and lumps sometimes occur and are usually visible for 3-7 days. Your should expect a positive outcome once any swelling or bruising has settled down.

  • Do You Offer Discounts?

    Due to strict regulations set by the Therapeutic Goods Act (TGA) it is against the law to discount an injectable treatment.
